Gary Visconti
Gary Visconti spearheads Cincinnati Home Rentals, the executive rental home leasing and management division of CRC. He has ten years experience in the rental and relocation industry. Gary provides a high touch approach to the business, and is a keen negotiator in all aspects of leasing. From the new college graduate to a top level executive, Gary is well-versed in dealing with a diversity of clients and situations. Graduating from Xavier University with a Marketing Degree, Gary possesses the qualities necessary to market, lease, and manage Cincinnati's premier executive home leasing firm. Previous work experience includes Management, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Midwest Territory Sales Manager, Vesi/Crable Sportswear.
Shannon Visconti
Shannon has over 16 years experience in the rental and relocation industry. Shannon founded Corporate Rental Consultants ("CRC") in 1999 and has maintained a strong reputation in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets. She is active in the Greater Cincinnati Relocation Council (former Membership Chairperson), Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce and the Japan American Society.
Prior to founding CRC, Shannon was V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Greater Cincinnati Relocation Services from 1994-1999. She also spent two years in leasing and management with one of the largest property management firms in the area, which served as her introduction to the market. These positions fueled her passion for the rental and relocation market that ultimately led to the formation of the most service-oriented rental locating and relocation company in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas.
